Youth Residency Rule & Out of Region Procedures

Dear MSA Members, at the August 8th, 2007 Board of Directors meeting the Board approved a Youth Residency Rule that has been incorporated into current Rule 1. Registration of Players, Youth (i-n), in the Youth Section of the MSA Rule and Regulations.

The Youth Residency Rule is in effect starting with the 2007-2008 indoor season.
